Physical Exams and Immunizations:

• Please be sure that your child’s physical exam and immunizations are updated prior to the start of the school year.
• Please contact the Nurse's Office, if you have any questions (631-893-7987) with any health and attendance related items throughout the year.

We are Allergy Aware:

There are students in our school with severe, medically documented allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, and other food products. With a severely allergic child, exposure to these products can cause anaphylaxis, a life-threatening reaction. The safety of our students is of the utmost importance and our lunchtime procedures ensure all of our students have opportunities to sit safely with their peers during lunch. Food prepared by our school kitchen is safe from common allergens.

Please be sure to contact our Nurse’s Office if your child has a life-threatening allergy.
