Dear Parents/Guardians,

I would like to invite you to our annual Open House/Meet the Teacher Night which will take place on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.  Our goal for Open House/Meet the Teacher Night is to provide parents with a general overview of our educational programs.

            Parents of students in grades 3 & 4 are invited to meet briefly in the gym at 6:00 p.m. for a Principal’s Welcome.  At this session, parents will also be introduced to our special area teachers and support staff.  Parents will then go to their child’s classroom to meet the teachers at 6:30 p.m.

            Parents of students in grades 5 & 6 are invited to meet briefly in the gym at 7:00 p.m. for a Principal’s Welcome and an introduction to our special area teachers and support staff.  At    7:30 p.m., grade 5 parents will meet the 5^th grade teachers in the cafeteria.  Parents of 6^th grade students will remain in the gym.  Because 5^th grade and 6^th grade departmentalize, the teachers will present collaboratively in their respective locations.  Upon completion of the presentation, 5^th and 6^th grade families will be invited to tour the classrooms to see their child’s learning environment.

As a reminder, this is an evening event for adults only.  Additionally, if you have specific questions about your child, please feel free to call or email your child’s teacher(s) to set up future conferences, as needed. Individual parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for December 4^th and December 6^th.
